Thanks again for info on light problem, now that I'm able to
drive at night I have one other question. Will the Z06 wheels
I took off my 99 C5 fit on this 87 C4 or will I need spacers to
bolt up? I've been told that 88 and up would fit but 84 to 87
was different offset. Has anyone made this wheel change?

You will need a spacer to take up the difference in wheel offset. I believe your offset is 36mm and the ZO6 wheels are 56mm. A difference of 20mm or 0.79". I found some QUALITY wheel adapters on E bay from a place in CA. They were 1/2 the price as Summit or Jegs. Really top quality machine work on the adapters. If I remember correctly they were around $60 shipped.
I'm running after market ZO6 style wheels on my "91". Since my car had 50mm offset I didn't need to do anything. However my "01" Camaro had 36mm offset wheels so I used the adapter/spacers.
