Problem setting idle
A little history
Holley Stealth Ram -new this year
90- 52mm throttle body
All new vac lines this winter. There's only a few
Vac at the plenum is 19hg
Here's the problem. Wanted to set the idle after installation of new IAC.
Engine already warmed up
Jumpered ALDL connector to close IAC fully,
Disconnected IAC
Throttle stop screw isn't even touching the linkage. Start the car its at 1200 RPM. Trying to set it with my idle in my .bin but can't since the butterflies are completely closed an its at 1200RPM.
Even though I got a vac of 19hg at the plenum could this still be a vac leak?
The butterflies are completely closed. I removed in and held it up to the light and can't see any light coming through the outer edges.
Suggestions?
