c4 frt hood need help

Hi everyone

I need to take the wheel well cover of the front hood of my 1994 corvette

Im repairing a hole in the hood that was done sometime ago by vandals

This thing has some screws in it that I thought were allen screws or star tip but I cant find anything to fit them.

I think they are torx head.
