AC Clutch not engaging
My AC is not working. The blower will turn on high when i push the automatic button but I cannot hear the AC clutch engage nor do i feel a drag on the engine while driving. I've checked the fuse block and looked for loose connections. Where should I look next?

Yes, it is Freeze 12. R12 is still available online from Coolgas in Magnolia, Texas. You'll need your A/c certification to buy it though, which is relatively easy to get. Just an open book test and about $20 testing fee.

Nope and Freeze 12 is 80% R134. Mix 2 gases and you can blow it up. That doesn't usually happen because one or the other has leaked out and there's nothing left to mix. You should have your system pressure/leak tested. At this time of Year, a lot of shops will do it for free or for a few bucks because they want the big bucks to fix it. Do check on the hood, above the compressor, for compressor oil. Your Nippondenso compressor has an appetite for shaft seals and when it's shot, it sprays oil (and gas) on the hood. They can be repaired or you can plop down $500 to $800 for a new compressor - plus an Accumulator - and whatever gas you want to stick in it.
