i have an 85 corvette that i had bought a few years ago.when i bought it the motor was siezed. i rebuilt the motor and it ran great for about 8 months. then i had a fire due to a leaky fuel regulator. not much damage was done just burt my fire wall, engine harness, distributer and a few other minor things.but since then i got every thing repaired and got it running again but when i start it up it idles ok but whn i give it a lil gas it wants to die unless i floor it. i thought it could b some vacume leak but everything was fine do yall think it could b my mass air flow sensor??
yea thats another think i cant seem to regulate my fuel pressure i bought a new adjustable fuel regulator and diaphram and the pressure stays up around 70 and it wont adjust down...cant figure out y.
yea i know i took it apart before and everything seemed fine..when i turn the key on the presure reads around 40, its when the car is running that it shows 70psi
