I am going to do a tune up on my new corvette it is an all stock 86 and im wondering what i should buy for best performance and reliability

What type of products are you including in that tune-up??

Replace the following, cap, rotor, plugs, plugwires, pcv valve, air and fuel filters. Clean the throttle plates and the MAF with MAF cleaner. Set the timing and you should be good to go.
