Default MR coolant elbow

Okay I bought an MR off of an F-body, and the coolant elbow is lower in that the stock one like I need, but the is up on an angle, and slightly interferes with with Tb coupler, and radiator hose.

Is there a difference for an f-body?

If there is no difference I can leave it, but if there is I am going to make it fit better.

I think I can cut at least one inch of the elbow, and cut the radiator hose an inch shorter too, and that looks like it will drop it down more than enough.

Thanks

ON A SIDE NOTE:
The fuel lines reach the stock fuel line connections, but the connectors are just a hair off, does anyone know the exact adapter to use between the 2 fittings?

TPIS makes a water outlet for the Corvette that is a lower, flatter angle than the one they supply with mini-rams ordered for f-bodies. I had the same situation, and after figuring this out called them and ordered just the water outlet.
