Hear a tick when under acceleration
I think its an exhaust leak. I dont think its a valve or anything. The previous owner put hooker headers and had muffler eliminators on. So I think its from the header or something.
Is this hard to do?

no it is not hard to do if it is loose bolt on the headers. just take time to isolate it before you tear it apart. use a stethoscope while operating the throttle by hand. you can open the hood and start it at night with your hood lights unplugged and possibly see where the exhaust leak is
