Well my car has been running really crappy lately, and I have asked a few questions since then. I want to thank everyone that replied and helped me out with all of my questions. I changed out the O2 sensor along with the plugs and wires and it is now fixed.
And for all those people that have '94 vettes, the third O2 sensor doesn't do a thing, it's just there for looks so don't even worry about it. My front passenger O2 was no good(it didn't show any signs of failure, it just failed), so I got one from a fellow forum member and put that one as the front O2, then put the bad O2 in the third bung. Needless to say that it is working fine now.
Once again, thanks to anyone that helped me with my car.
how did you get to the last three plugs and wires on the drivers side i worked for about 2 hours just to get the first one in so i said F the other three is there a trick or a special tool please help
It's a lot more accesible with me having headers instead of the stock manifolds. I never did it with my stock manifolds, so I couldn't help you if you have them still. But here's what I used: I got a swivel head spark plug socket from Sears and it made it easier to fit my wrench down there inbetween my headers. You will have to get under the car to do a few of the plugs, I forgot which ones though.
I guess it is good motivation to get headers, b/c it makes plugs and wire change a lot easier.
The drivers side is easy!!!! just unbolt the ASR motor and you should have access.

From what I was told by Gordon Kilebrew, the 3rd O2 sensor was used by Chevrolet for developing the OBDII system. Whenever a car can in for service, the dealer was supposed to hook it up, and download info from the computer.
