84 Catalytic Converter
What is the best way to "clean out" the inside of the catalytic converter. From everything I looked at on here a plugged cat may be my problem and before I order a high flow replacement, I figure I'll verify that it is the problem.

You have to take it off and break up the substrate and knock it out. IMO not worth it, just cut it off and replace with a universal hi flow. I think I paid about $65 on eBay for a Magnaflow (Carsound).
