Default Looking for AC programmer

Have checked all vac lines and electrical. Pretty sure I need a new programmer. This is the part that is mounted above the gas pedal. The car is a 1996. I have looked all over the internet for the part with no luck. Does anyone know where I can find one?

there are old threads dealing with this item. its not the programmer per se, its the nipples the vacumn lines attach to, apparently they can collapse at the tip; usual cure is to trim the nipples slightly and reattach the vacumn lines. hope its something simple

I found a way to keep them from collapsing. I took small diameter hypodermic needles, cut them to length, rounded the edges, and inserted them through the nipples. It provides a permanent solution to prevent them from collapsing. It cost me 25 cents each at Walgreens for the needle tips.

I did this on my mom's buick, but they are similar. On her car, it was in a position where I didn't even have to take it out. It cost me a buck or two and about a half an hour when the dealership wanted about $500 for the part and about $500 for labor. It was the soft rubber that had failed, and this method worked. It is still working 7 years later.

The programmer is fine, the nipples have collapsed. Trim the soft rubber tips off and reattach the vacuum tubes. Ask me how I know.
