Re: MILLIMETERS to INCHES conversion (NUckINg FuTS)
Well lets see if my memory is stil working.
1 in = 2.54 cm so
22mm = 2.2 cm
2.2 cm divided by 2.54 = 0.866 inches
30 mm = 3.0 cm
3.0 cm divided by 2.54 = 1.18inches

25.4 mm = 1 inch
So, if my math serves me right:
30 mm = 1.18"
22mm = 0.86"
Greets,

Quote:
25.4 mm= 1 inch
22mm = .866 inch
30mm = 1.18 inch
and in fractions,
.866 = 7/8"
1.18 = 1-2/11" (about 1-1/8")
