1991 Pulsating Interior Lights

My dashboard lights are now pulsing. It just started and it's not all the time. I checked my alternator and it is fine. Any common issues with this bad grounds? It usually starts to pulsate after I jump on it. Maybe take to an electrical person?

Turn your parking lights on and see if they are doing it too. If they are then it's most likely the regulator inside the alternator. If not, then check the grounds for the dash unit.

Alternator on the way out, or corrosion on wiring.

Unplug the alternator and see if the lights pulse. If no, you have an oscillating voltage regulator inside the alternator and you can replace it yourself.
