89 wont start

any ideas?
Ignition way out of time.
Fuel pressure low.
Spark weak.
Battery below 12 volts.
How was it running when last started?
What, if anything, changed since the last successful start and run?
Does the starter spin the motor at the normal speed when cranking?
BTW put the battery on a charger between start attempts.

94zo7 about covered everything. Will it start with starter fluid? If so, you have fuel delivery problem. Oh...one more thing....engines need compression in order to start and continue to run. Pull some plugs after cranking. Are they wet? Engines need hot spark, spark at the right time, fuel and air and in the correct ratio and cylinder compression to start and continue running. Collect some fuel from the shraeder valve, is it milky? Do you have fuel pressure long after the ign is off? If not, you have leaky injector/s or a defective check valve in the fuel pressure regulator.
