Hello,
I have been trouble shooting this for a while now. The car will turn over but will not fire. I can't see a spray from either injector. It is getting spark and has a new fuel filter. Any suggestions to the next place to go. I am going to pull the fuel pump and check the sock. I can hear the pump run for a ~3-5 seconds when the key is turned. Also when I changed the fuel filter about a 3/4 or a quart of gas came out of the line, that is why I assumed at first it isn't the pump or sock, but I am at a loss at this point. Does the little hose in the back of the rear throttle body have to be plugged for the injectors to pulse?
If it will start with starter spray then you definitely have a fuel delivery problem. Measure your fuel pressure too! Injectors have to spray fuel for the engine to run, you need to find out why they don't spray!
check the fuel pump relay, it may be clicking but not really making contact. You should be able to bypass to test if you have FSM it will tell you which wire to put 12 volts on.
