Default Vacuum Lines

Can someone please help me. I disconnected my vacuum lines last night and, like a fool, didn't take pictures! I followed the diagram on the radiator but I am not entirely sure the vacuum lines are routed as they should.

My main concern is the vacuum lines on the plenum....where do they go?

If anyone has photos to aid it will be more helpful to me than a diagram, but I will take either. Your help is appreciated!
