Wierd start when warm....
The caar will start 100% of the time when the car is cold, but if the car is already warmed up i will sometimes have to give it gas to prevent it from stalling.

in the old days of carbs that would mean the choke was still open or something like that....
with the crossfires... gee... have you checked for codes? does that car have a throttle position sensor?

I had same problem with my '85 (TPI). Changed Fuel Pressure Regulator and injectors and it fixed the problem. However, not sure about a CrossFire. Have you checked fuel pressure at all?

Have you checked your Thermac? There is a temperature sensor inside. On a cold engine the doors should move to close off air immediately. On a warm engine it should open.
