HKX Spring Rate
Can anyone confirm the spring rate of the HKX 85-87 front spring? On a list I found on here I keep finding 39.9 - but on the charts like this http://www.idavette.net/susp_chart.htm a spring that soft isn't listed for the front... and would also mean same rate front and rear

Where did you find the 39.9lb front rating from?
In all my listings it only appears as a rear spring rate
The factory parts book only lists 3 different springs for the '87 front
Coupe base :HKX HMP
Z51 :HMZ
Vert : HMZ
which ties up with what Hib has listed

The Rate is left blank on that Excell File...
I will have to check whats on my car right now, when I can get it up in the air
Edit to say: Everything looks like it'll be 51.8 and at the moment I SHOULD have a 54 in my car.

5. Fronts should be compatible across all years, Rears probably 84-87, 88-96 specific
