header gaskets
Finishing up a 350 buld using AFR 195's and a set of Melrose headers. Can anyone reccomend exhaust gaskets?

Aluminum or copper is best, but I used stock delco's with good success.

I use the Percy (or was it Pearcy) soft alum gaskets. They will set you back $30-$35 bucks but you won't be sorry!

I've used the felpro for years. Make sure you retighten the header bolts a couple of times after startup. They are reusable too. Keep track of which one came off of each side.

Tightened the headers down during assembly a year ago and perfect ever since with these gaskets.
