I have a coolant leak on a valve next to the firewall where the pipes go to the heater core. It leaks right on the valve where it opens and shuts. Can I take it apart and fix or do I have to replace the entire pipe which would be easy enough but I have not found a place to purchase it yet.
I can't say if the part will need replacing because I can't see what we're dealing with, but if it comes to the point that you need a replacement part, ECKLER's sells a LOT of less-demand parts for our engines.
Here is a picture of what is leaking. I have looked through Ecklers twice and can not find the part. Doesn't mean it is not there but I can not find it.
