i am useing a $6e and arap bin for a 165 ecm, in tunerpro rt you can clear codes in the aldl datalog setup screen,sometimes, not always after you send command to clear codes you have to cycle key off wait a few seconds then on and codes will be gone. hope this helps you. thanks chris b.
