cowl flex reducers ?
these are 'parade bars', two separate pieces, designed to reduce 'fallout' of passengers foolishly riding in elevated position in parades/etc...made from 1-1/8'' od EMT steel tube, ~26'' long...straight line from front-to rear targa bolts for max strength (end forming of the tubes to meet targa mounts creates illusion of bends)...each bar weighs approx 1.6 lb...clearance to my fat head in normal driving attitude is 1''+, head protection or roll bar padding is advised.
