I am trying to learn all about the Electronic Engine Management on my 1987 Vette.
I am using Tuner Pro RT, Serial ALDL cable and my Thinkpad. I have ARAP.Bin installed and 6E.XDF installed
When I start Tuner Pro RT, in the red window, it says "Detecting Hardware", then "None found". A new window pops open and says; no Bin Loaded.
If I click "Connect ALDL", it connects fine.
My screens;
Dash
ALDL Values
ALDL Flags
ALDL Monitors
all work fine and display data.
What hardware is not being detected, any Idea why. And why is the Bin not loading.
Its looking for chip burner hardware, not the ALDL cable. Usually usb based burner, tunerpro assigns a communication port to the burner and when its not connected it will display no hardware attached.
In tunerpro, select the 6E xdf file. Then open your bin file (ARAP) and it should be there to view parameters.
If its connecting to the ALDL and values are being displayed you have the correct 6E ADS file for logging loaded.
