Default spc control arms

Got me a pair for the front (street kind), to complement the vb&p hiem jointed rear end. My question is the few of us that use the arms what ball joints did you use I was going to go with Moog but now I see Afco has a low friction joint as dose Howe. From what I have found the Howe LF ball joint seems to be the best and strongest on top of being rebuildable (and $80 ea) I don't mind the extra expense as I want to over build and make it able to take the horrable hawaiian roads. Is there a benifit to the low friction units over the others?

I'm looking for the strongest, most reliable I can find. But I don't know of the extra expense would be worth it for the howe units http://www.howeracing.com/c-510-howe...ll-joints.aspx. There rebuildable

Cant go wrong with Moog. You can replace them 3 times for the price of the Howe, and I bet they last the same about of time.

I am building my own control arms and will be using the Moog ball joints.

I've got to do something about the arms too, and will need ball joints. I can't get enough camber in the front.
