Well I took the advise and bought a set of 24# injectors from FIC yesterday and I ordered a new chip from PCM. FIC said they beleive that this new fuel has ate up my old injectors and is causing the problem.

what is this optispark that I hear you guys talking about and does my car have this?

Nopers. You've got a '90 (L-98) engine 'Vette. The Optispark module pertains only to 1992-96 LT1 and 1996 LT4 engines.

Guys I noticed that I have a Holley adjustable fuel regulator with a big flat **** on top you can adjust. It is turned all the way clockwise! I have not been able to check my fuel rail pressure yet because I have not been able to find the fitting that screws in where the little valve is located. I removed the fuel rail pressure valve and none of the fittings I have are correct, I beleive it is 5/16-18 thread. I have a high pressure gauge on a hose for checking my diesel fuel pressure but the fitting is 5/16 fine thread.

The Fitting to Test your Fuel Pressure is on the passenger side Fuel Rail towards the back right aside of the Runner Tube. (small schrader valve) Hook up a Pressure Gauge to it then start the car and see what it reads. Maybe someone really Jacked up the Regulator. Test it with the Vacum Hose OFF. Leave it run awhile and see if it shuts off and keep an eye on the Pressure Gauge when or if it shuts off and see what the Pressure is. Pipe

I checked my pressure and it was between 40 and 50 psi, when I unhooked the vacuum it went to 50 psi. if I gave the car gas with the vacuum hooked up the fuel pressure went to 50 psi. When I shut the car off it held 50 psi for a long time and hour later when I checked I had 25-28psi on the gauge. So what does all this yell you?

So start with the basics, look at the sticky posts from FIC and check your injectors. Pull the vaccum hose from the regulator and check for gas. Put a gage on the fuel rail and make sure it pressurizes and holds.
If you have no records change the fuel filter - it could be the original.
- good advice!
