new distributor
i have a 93 corvette base model
i bought an ac delco 10457702 part number
when I took it to the shop. they said the coil was messed up really bad. but i know the coil and the distributor are two different pieces?
since i bought the distributor complete. do i need to buy the coil also? or is it already part of the distributor?
and if someone knows where to buy it a link would be great thanks

Just select a coil that has the same type connectors as yours

Here's a pic of your LT1 coil (and ignition control module (ICM) for visual reference. Location is the same, passenger side (left) of front engine cylinder head.
