They Work!!
I got a set of the Dynomax VT mufflers to eleminate the resonance and it worked. My previous system was a Magnaflow two in two out center muffler out into two single mufflers were the stock ones would be. I replaced the single mufflers with the VT's and now it sound as quiet in the cabin as a stock system. It appears to have the same performance level though as before. Might be a good solution for those wanting to get rid of their resonance.
