Default 94 LT1 MAF replacing

I have a replacement MAF for my 94 but i need to know when I cut the bands off to get the ducts off what is the best to put them on. I know the OEM bands are a one time use only and are thinner in width then regular hose clamps.

Most times you can carefully remove those ducts from the Maf without removing the band and just use a little oil lubrication to slip the duct back on the maf .The factory bands are difficult to install without the right tool.Hose clamps would then be necessary.
