New O2 Code

If you have more than 50k on 'em it's time to swap 'em out. I'd go with AC/Delco, NTK, or Denso brand.
Many owners have reported problems with Bosch brand sensors. Some sort of incompatibility with the stock ECM's programming. I'm going through the same thing with my wife's DD.

Her Honda doesn't like the upstream Bosch 02 sensor at all and keeps throwing the dreaded "Code P0131" randomly. My mechanic suggested I use the O.E.M. NTK sensor. Same thing happened on his Element SUV. He went back to the Honda sensor and the problem went away along with the MIL on the dash.
Don't forget the anti-seize compound for the threads on the new sensor (use sparingly) and you may need a can of PB Blaster to help coax the old sensor out of its bunghole. If you accidentally break one of the pigtail connectors, you can purchase 'em at NAPA Auto Parts Stores.
