The replacement wasn't ahrd, but didn't take like 10 minutes like everyone here acts like. Its very easy though. I recommend removing the rear wheels to access the rear ones. The front wheels don't have to come off, although it benefits to jack the car up so the control arm starts to sag and the bolts line up right.
I took the car on a test drive. It seems to sit a tad higher? maybe its just me though. Anyways, the ride feels better, more responsive, more life into it. you feel the road a little more, but nothing bad. I can feel the road through the seat a little more it seems. But it was like that before.
I like it, but I have always liked stiffer suspensions, thats just me. I should also mention that I had the top off my convertible today too, and am still happy with how it drove over railroad tracks, etc. That underneath brace on the convertible must really help.
Sounds great but I have a question. Is the Z51 option just a Shock upgrade (or change) or is there more involved i.e. Springs etc.?
Also I can find them at Mid america for 299??
Thanks Gonzo :D

I'm planning on boxing in my x brace. It should make a difference.
