Default 1984 fuel injectors:

Anyone here know a good place to get new injectors for my 1984 vette? Looking around and trying to find some from a good, reliable place. Lots of internet troll companys so I decided to ask you guys.
Just a good place to find some. I am going to replace mine and want to find a place.

to tell you the truth we have not found a good aftermarket injector that works as well as the stock injector. We rebuild the stock units and have been able to restore 100% of their specs.

Kevin,

My 84 is my only car, so I got a pair of injectors from an 89 Chevy 1/2 tom pickup in the junkyard and then bought a set of gaskets from FIC since they are now the only source for the gaskets. The car runs fine with them, but the point was to have injectors I could drive with while I send mine to FIC for rebuilding. The truck injectors are physically and electrically compatible, but not the correct ones. They're fine for something like this but I wouldn't leave them in long-term.

Just a thought.

Also, here is a guy parting an 84: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c4-p...ut-a-84-a.html
