If someone out there has some detailed instructions on how to install the poly bushings that would help me out tons! Or just any sugestions on what to do would also be much appreciated. Installing the new bushings is easy, grease them up and press them in. Its getting the old rubber ones out that can be difficult. I have a press here in shop that makes it pretty easy. If you don't have one it can be done with a C-clamp type tool. Be careful, you're dealing with aluminum parts that are easy to crack. If you're not sure you can take the individual part to a machine shop and have them press out the old bushings. They usually don't charge much for this.

Sorry i should have specified better. The parts arent labeled so i dont know where to put them. When i had my mustang and ordered the bushing kit from energy suspension they came with very detailed instuctions with pictures and labels this one did not!

I was able to find the pdf files on the energy suspension site when I lost one of my sheets. Each bushing has a number molded into.
The metal sleeves are pretty self explanatory.

Ok and so i just match up the numbers to the sheet and that will tell me where they all go? That sounds easy enough anyways, about how long should it take to get all of the bushings done? On the sites ive read it says anywhere from 30minutes-4hours so i figured i would ask the vette people haha!

Are all the old bushings out and every thing cleaned up?
If so a few hours, hardest ones are the rear camber rods, especially the end that gets the old big metal bushing.
If you are doing the sway bars and end links they are a little tricky.

Old ones still in there and nothing clean - It took me three weeks of evenings removing old bushings and cleaning parts. Only took one weekend to get it all apart (I did not drop the rear diff). Took me almost 4 days straight getting it all together and torqued.

Good luck!
