Default Possible plugged catalytic converter

So after testing, testing and more testing to find a problem with performance at higher RPM I decide to remove main converter as the pre cats are already gone. Well after unbolting the cat back I started the car to move it and you couldn't even tell the exhaust was unbolted it was so quiet. Shouldn't having no pre cats and just the converter be loud?

Yes it would be a bit louder, but you really can't accurately tell until you have an exhaust pressure test done. Most muffler shops can do this for you.

really depends on your engine package. A stock engine will be relatively quiet at idle. when you rev it you tell a difference. a bigger cam with longer duration will be louder. The main cat muffles a lot of sound on it's own.
