Is there a upgrade (louder,less wimppy) horn for a 95? I prefer a bolt on type of swap that looks original.

Go to pepboys ...they have a couple that is pretty close but higher decibel. Or you could get there Air Horns and really blast that old lady in front of you.

Try Griot's Garage http://www.griotsgarage.com They have a set of Hella horns that look like an OEM horn, have a metal housing and produce 118dB worth of wake-up!
