Default 1990 derm repair

Well while I was installing a new stereo I decided to troubleshoot the airbag light. went through the service manual and the end result is replace derm (code 42).
I found this place online and they say they can repair the derm for $100.

Has anyone ever dealt with them?
I went ahead and after much cursing removed the derm; Im shipping it to them today and will keep everyone posted

I had that lite go off on my 1990. Did the fix on the right side sensor(code 26) and had the code 42 come up also.Could not clear the codes until I realized that you have to start clearing after the 3 code 12 flashes. Cleared immediately. Why the code 42 came up last year and was able to clear...unknown. Just mentioned this in case the code 42 comes up on you again.

The derm is back in after being repaired and no more light!!!
I am extremely happy; $100 plus 15 shipping and a lifetime warranty.
While the car was apart I cleaned and did the resistor mod for my high reading tach. Now I have no tach at all. Obviously I did something wrong and am in the market for a good working 90 cluster. If anyone wants the link of the company that repaired my derm just let me know. thanks for all the forum advise to narrow down the problem. Rich
