Got some questions for you guys :)
1: What is the stock fuel psi at idle and WOT for a 91 cupe.
2: What PSI should I trie with my new adfpr? Anny tips?
3: Is the air dam the same on all c4 models? I have heard that it differs from 91 and up?
4: Have all C4s adjustable passanger seats?

4. What do you mean by adjustable passanger seats??? (Up, Down, Forward and Back) Because mine did. I think some C4 came with manual seat sliders....

You should be around 40psi.

If you change it, your computer will change itself to make it act like stock. The gain is only temporary.

No. (if you are inquiring about the "power seat option". I've never heard of a non-adjustable seat ... in any car but a race car, so)
