target range to start with is anywhere from 12.2 to 13.4 to 1 for pump gas. Most seem to like around 12.8-13.0 but you never know til you try all fueling requirements and then vary the timing at each fuel level.

Boost I like 11.5 to 1 on most boost levels up to 15 psi on 93 oct pump gas. My car has lately been in the lower 11's with somewhat conservative timing to be safe and has run fine. Probably could go as lean as 12 to 1 or so on moderate boost levels up to 10psi for all out power. I target around 12 to 1 on my 8 psi tune.

Good info above. With big inch small blocks that I have done, they tend to like a little richer ratio in the area of 12.5 to 1. But alot of motors like a slightly leaner mixture. 12.4 to 12.8 is splitting hairs on a dyno. There aren't big differences in power output.
