Default headlight
on a 91 headlight willn't go down, were do i start looking?

Check that the three wire connector near the headlight is tight. Just look for the cable coming from the headlight motor.

i think its the headlight actuator, do u know if this is a common problem.

Headlight not going up and down problems are common. The actuators do fail primarily from gear failures. Search on the forum or web generally for info on this.
