Hi and thanks to all those who helped me chosing parts and giving hints for my headgasket repair.
I have just finished an extensive test drive and everything seems to be ok
As promised I will post some pics I made throughout the course of the reassembly.
Here is the 1st one.
This shows the reinstalled heads, lower intake manifold and the new roller rockers and pushrods.
Here are all the parts removed from the engine.

Engine back together

Thats true,
I have done headgaskets before on V6 Ford and a Lebaron 3.0 engine. But on a corvette it´s something different. I had the impression it consists of a million parts. And you are always urged to work as clean and exact as possible since you want the most power AND reliablility out of it.
But it was kind of fun - yet I really do not want to do it again in the next couple of years.
Thanks everyone for your kind comments.
Organizing all parts down every bolt made the reassembly way easier.
I put all parts in a row in the order I disassembled the engine, so the reassembly was a true " reversal" of the procedure.
I even labeled the bolts and put them in boxes in coreesponding order. So every bolt came back in its original position.
While waiting for the parts and heads I had plenty of time to clean every single bolt, apply antiseize where applicable and washed the aluminum parts in a parts washer.
The reassembly was straight without unexpected problems. I only messed the ignition up on first try, thr rotor was a tooth off.
In addition of rolling the ARP bolts in at the block before final torque I also fabricated a prestretch/roll in tool. So I could give the bolts an extra workout without stressing the block threads.
