ABS Elimination
The main problem I have is a hard break pedal and a mechanic I know said the early years of ABS on corvettes had problems. I would like to eliminate the ABS unit on my 86 vette. Wondering if anyone has done this and what parts are needed.

I agree with the above...
it is more than likely the booster... the ABS had issues, but they don't cause hard brake pedals....
pull the fuse... but that won't fix the problem.
