I need help installing a black out kit

Darn instructions they give you. None seem to address the installation of the rear tail light blackouts. They have a rubber gasket around the edge and nothing else. At first look it appears they just push on, but I'm not all that confident that they would stay in place. Has any one installed these and if so how did you go about it?

I have the same ones, just push them on. Mine have been on over a year. Take em out periodically to clean the wells and inside of lenses. Never feel loose or needed reseated in over a year.

I pushed mine in also, never had one pop out.

to get them out I use a suction cup, works really well without the chance of scratching the paint.

I've lost one in about a year. Not too bad, of course I would rather have something that I'd never lose.
