Default need help

hi i have a 1989 corvette that is running rich. all i get is a code 45 which is running rich code.i have changed the tps switch and the coolant temp switch, also the burn off relays and the o2 sensor. but nothing seems to help. i have checked all my vaccum lines and everything else i can think of. has anyone else ever had this problem or does anyone have any ideas what it could be i miss driving my car please help

update car is still running rich but noticed it now has a rough idel and it surges up and down.

i have checked the fuel pressure and it is fine

pull one of your vacum lines and give it an air leak, see if the code changes. if it doesnt change, clear your codes and see if it comes back, if it changes, take it to one of the parts stores that does free diagnostic checks.
