I track my maintenance on an Excel spreadsheet in my computer. I keep a backup copy on floppy disk. I list the date, what was replaced and the part numbers, the mileage, and who did the work. I also track oil chage intervals in my palm CPU, so if I'm out and see oil on sale I know if I need to buy it.
Not exactly everything. I track oil changes, and I do one that I bet NONE of you do. My parents used to do this and I'm not real sure why, but it's something neat to look at.
I keep a book in my car and I record every single time I get gas. The date, mileage, gas station, price, etc, etc. This allows me to keep up with how much my mods affect my fuel economy over the long term. It also keeps a running total as to how much gas I've pumped through the car :)
Every so often I put this information into an Excel spreadsheet and let it do the work for me. Currently I'm a few months behind, but feel free to take a look. After lunch I'll update it all. http://www.wku.edu/~nathan.plemons/record.xls
