Local Transmission Shop
I stopped by the local transmission shop yesterday to see about getting a shift kit and a tranny cooler installed in my car.
The guy told me that they didn't really make a shift kit for my car. He said that he could change my shift ponts, but he couldn't beef up the tranny or firm up my shifts at all!!
I then asked about the cooler and he quoted me a price of $200 to get one installed.
I couldn't believe what he said about the shift kit, and the cooler price seemed WAY high to me.
Looks like I'll need to look elsewhere. :(

my thoughts exactly.
I had heard that this shop was by far the best around... I either got a REALLY bad recommendation, or I talked to the lowest rung on that shops ladder
