Th700 with strange "noise" ?

I have noticed that when the car is in D, I have a ratteling metalic sound from under the car, sound like something is loose. The sound disapear when putting the tranny in P or N. The sound comes and goes but only when in D or [D]. Could it be something with the TC?

If you do not notice a difference in performance, I would guess that it is a loose bracket or exhaust heat shield. Putting the car in gear causes extra vibration in the drivetrain which amplifies any vibration from a loose part.

Jack up the car frist and check for anything loose. It may be a cheap fix.
