86 C4 - I have tested the blower motor to verify it is spinning and changes speeds with the controls, but I am not getting any air coming out of the vents. Could there be a blockage somewhere? How would i check it?
You could have the similar issues I'm having, the flap that diverts the air as you select vent, screen etc, is controlled by vacuum, mine has recently stopped working, I've still yet to solve it.
Like you, the fan is working, but I get little air through the vents, which I used to.

Search the forum, there are several threads on this issue.
Most people experience air coming from the defroster and floor vents and it will not switch to the dash vents when commanded. If those match your symptoms, the threads may help.
Another thing to consider would be a problem I had with my truck. The Air conditioning thing inside the dash was clogged up. I must have had a slow leak of freon that must have been from that assembly in the dash. Then the dust and dirt got stuck to that piece ( I forgot what that thing is called, but it looks like the heater core, but it is for the A/C) It was plugged up with dirt to the point that it was clogged and could not move air.
On my truck I removed it from the dash, since the A/C did not work and it is a winter truck, so I am not going to fix the A/C. I was not getting any air inside the truck and it was cold in the winter. I just removed it a few months ago, and now I get all kinds of heat.
