'92 Keyless entry install. Any experience here ?
I'm considering a keyless entry for my '92 coupe.
My '93's PKE was great, but the '93's been sold.
Any suggestions on which one is best / easiest to install ?
I understand best / easiest do not always apply, actually very rarely does best / easiest apply.

I put one in my 1986 Vett not all that hard you can get a wiring diagam online if you look.
The only thing on the 1986 its a 5 wire door lock system I had to buy a adapter to use the keyless entry system.
I also instaled a remote starter system at the same time not hard just take your time.

Most will install about the same.
After you find what you want here is some install info.

It is about the VKE 1000 but the info applies to others. He has diagrams and information for Vettes.

Chuck just got through pulling the wires and hooking his up.

Yes I've seen Chuck's post. His is an '87, mines a '92 I'm sure they are different.
I'm hoping to find someone with a '92 who has had it installed and can give me a "heads up" on what to expect.
