When you get the bezel off you will see 4 bright silver metal caps where the backlight bulbs are. Pull the metal caps off and you will see the lamps. The lamps are bi-pin lamps and if you will wrap a piece of masking tape around them and stick the tape tails together, you will be able to take a needle nose pliers and pull on the tape tail and remove each lamp. To reinstall, put a piece of tubing over the lamp and push them back into their socket. Some lamps come with a new socket and you will have to remove them from the new socket. If you turn the socket already in your dash, then you will have to remove the cluster circuit boards in order to get the socket back in place, so be careful about not turning the lamps during replacement.
