Default Updates and a few questions

Alright - time to get this going again. Finally got the rotating assembly and got that assembled. It sure is purty - I want to put it in the living room as it is but the family objected.
I am putting a converted LT1 intake on it and have been collecting parts for the past few months.
Now the questions:

1. Will the corvette fuel rail (passenger side connections) work with the small cap HEI? I bought the quick connet to AN-6 fittings but when mocking it up - there is not a lot of room.

2. Do I need to go with a larger throttle body? Or is the stock TPI big enough?

I have searched all day about both of these questions and have not found a definitive answer.

Thanks in advance for all advice or answers that you folks can provide.

Ps. I'll post pics in a new thread when I get to my laptop - I'm on my iPhone right now.

The only problem I see with the Vette rails is the pressure test fitting ( Schrader valve ) is angled back to the cap .On the F-Body rails it is vertical so small cap clears
Don't need bigger TB unless serious engine mods ( head / cam )

The schrader valve is what looked close to me also. Purchasing a new small cap dist tomorrow. I also have an F body rail but one of the pipes has a bend/kink in it. Is it possible to tap the ends of the rail for NPT thread for a 90 to AN-6 adapter?

I am replacing everything - only the block and oil pan is being reused. Going to get the best possible heads that I can afford (single father of four young kids on a limited budget) and the suppliers recommended roller cam and 1.6 roller rockers. I was referred to Skip White Performance and he is recommending the ProComp 210 heads. I know they are not the best (did a lot of research) but he swears by them and they are built by their shop. You can call and actually talk to people that speak English.
Anyway, just buying as my budget allows and I never considered a new throttle body until now.

Thanks for your reply.

Default Update - It fits

Using the Corvette Specific fuel rail on a converted LT1 intake is possible.
By rotating the fuel inlet and then using tubing bender (slowly and little bends at a time) it can be repositioned to work.

Rotated to get room for the small cap HEI to drop in:

After bending and rotating a little more - I have what appears to easy access to the schrader valve:
