Default 91 Roadster CCM Problems....

91 roadster's interior lights stay on all the time and can not be shut off sans disconnecting the lights or the battery.

I believe that the courtesy light delay module for a 1991 L98 is controlled by the CCM, Can anyone verify this or help with the location of the interior and courtesy lights controller or relay?

Default Ccm /bcm

I had to replace the BCM in a 95. Not sure how much is the same and how much is different in your car but on the 95 the interior lights were ground switched. I would suggest getting a factory service manual and following the diagnostics. It will also tell you which wire on the CCM controls that circuit. If you find the control wire you can check it for ground. Good luck but with the FSM it will be much easier.

You can pull codes from several modules in the CCM to diagnose your problem. This is done not thru the ALDL connector, but using the buttons on the trip info center. You may find the procedure described here on the forum.

I had a similar problem with my '91. It was a stuck relay. It is under the dash left of the glove box. There are two side by side. It's the one on the left. FSM page 8C-28.
